Denise was incredible. She covered everything and made selling my home easy during a tough sellers' market. And that's because she was all over the marketing of my home. The result was she sold my home for full asking price with a cash buyer. And then we glided through the process right through the closing. Why? Because Denise is completely committed to her clients. I was so blessed to have Denise as my listing agent. So if you want to sell your house and want an agent that represents you completely give her a call.

I first met Denise when I was about 7 years old, my family and I lived in the same neighborhood as her and her husband. My family and I would often go to their house to swim in their pool and hangout. I was too young to understand the concept of hospitality, but looking back and after reconnecting with Denise now, I can see that not only has she not changed, but her love for her profession and others has only grown. When I started looking for a place of my own, at first I was looking to rent. After God's perfect timing kicked in, my mom suggested that I should contact Denise because she had seen that she was a realtor and somebody we could both trust. Denise walked me through the process and was very patient with me through it all (being a first time homebuyer). That summer, I was going through a very difficult time and the time I got to spend with Denise out looking for houses erased all of that for a little bit. After some doubt had gotten in my head, she even helped and reassured me I was making a good decision. Fast forward to today, I am filled with hope, peace, gratitude, and am beginning to love again. I am thankful that God has sent Denise to help me on my homebuying journey. She is filled with passion, joy, and tenacity. There is no one better to help you find a home.

Denise made everything SO easy, from viewing homes, to mortgage qualification, inspections and follow-through with the builder. I didn't really know what a great realtor was until I worked with Denise. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to her client is beyond exceptional. To say I am glad that I asked Denise to help me find a home is an understatement,
