I have had the great pleasure of working with Denise Gagne .She is professional, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. She responds promptly to questions/concerns, and patiently guided us every step of a buying . She definitely rates 5 stars!

Denise Gagne was detailed in her explanations of the forms that were necessary to sign. She answered any and all questions. Denise was supportive making the transaction of our sale easier than it may have been. In addition, she has a very pleasant personality. She has our 5 star rating.

Denise was extremely knowledgeable about selling our home as it was the first time for us! She gave us advice and was always (trust me when i say always) available to us. She made a deal that suited us above what we were expected for our home and taking a short time to complete the deal! We will be referring her to anyone needing a realtor and using her for out future needs!! Thank you Denise we are grateful for all you did for us!

To say Denise is a great realtor would be understatement for sure. Our family is new to the Sarasota area and she was so helpful in finding us a rental home. We moved all the way from Indiana and Denise was there every step of the way. Besides being professional, honest, and reliable, she is kind, personable, and great at her job! We for sure have a new friend in the area which is nice when you don't know anyone. We are getting ready to look for our forever home very soon and there is no one else we would trust more than her to help us with that!

I had the amazing opportunity to work with Denise, She helped me and my family out with a first time property purchase. Not only was the experience top tier, But she made the whole experience very personable she made a connection and was invested in my dream, that ultimately she was able to captain the entire way and kept us safe through the entire journey Instead of the process feeling transactional, It literally felt like I was with a family member just taking a casual stroll at the park. She kept me well informed at all times about what was going on with the entire purchasing process. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Nor I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Denise. 10/10 if I could give her a higher rating trust me I would!
